Turnkey Design
Guided by the elegance of a 1926 Rosario Candela design, this prewar Park Avenue residence underwent a complete gut renovation. We custom-designed all millwork and cabinetry, selected every finish and fixture, and created a full paint and drapery plan. Key updates included adding a powder room, expanding the kitchen, and creating a dedicated laundry room to bring modern functionality while honoring the home’s architectural character. Our work extended to full furnishings, with custom-built pieces that enhanced scale, function, and comfort. Each space was planned for the daily rhythm of a family of five, from the living room with working fireplace to a versatile den with banquette seating. Each bedroom, including a corner primary suite with Park Avenue views, was designed as a private retreat tailored to the family’s lifestyle.
