Model Residence
In the heart of the Upper East Side, this full-floor residence was designed as the model home for a new boutique condominium of just six units. Spanning 2,350 square feet with two private balconies, the space reflects the building’s vision of timeless sophistication inspired by New York’s storied members-only clubs. Our design and staging brought this concept to life, layering refined furnishings, art, and accessories to complement the home’s craftsmanship. Each space was styled to balance function and elegance — a chef’s kitchen that doubles as a gathering hub, a library designed for quiet retreat, and a primary suite with its own south-facing balcony. The final result is a very easy to imagine family home, with ample space for all and a clear sense of the lifestyle offered, while helping establish the identity of the building itself.
