When envisioning the ideal SoHo loft, Apartment 2E at 72 Mercer comes to mind. This remarkable space boasts 11-foot ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the home in eastern light. We worked with the existing finishes to enhance the loft's grandeur, incorporating artwork by Eric Stenafski and a custom sectional with iron legs, specifically chosen to complement the space. The result is a seamless blend of high design and functional elegance, elevating the home’s inherent sophistication.
