On the 54th floor of The Beatrice apartments, the Cloud Lounge offers panoramic views of Manhattan and the Hudson River through floor-to-ceiling windows. The 4,400-square-foot interior and 2,500 square feet of outdoor terraces were reimagined to function seamlessly throughout the day — from remote work and client meetings to sunset dinners on the terrace and evening social events. We designed the space with built-in flexibility, creating distinct zones for productivity, dining, and socializing. This versatility gives leasing agents a dynamic amenity to showcase and provides residents with a rare combination of function, comfort, and skyline views that few properties in Chelsea can match.
